This home mincer from Professional Cooks allows you to make your own mince from quality meat, ensuring that your food is healthy and tastes great. Supplied with a pair of metal mincing discs, it allows you to create both fine and coarse mince depending on your requirements. The meat mincer measures 22cm in height, fits securely to your worktop using the suction lever and can be dismantled easily for washing and storage when not in use. Although it looks the part its performance isn't very good. Alarming creaks & cracks are heard as you use it, as if the plastic is breaking. It isn't a patch on the old metal product that it is meant to replace.
