03-Jun-2013	I wanted to return the trousers and you asked me to take it to a place near to me but it was double the price of sending by post, so I returned the trousers by post.	By way of response the second pair of brown shoes were out of stock and I hope you dont mind me pointing out that the delay was known in advance of placing your order. I have checked your account and can see these were despatched from our warehouse yesterday and will be with you in the next 48 hours...

We do not offer a free returns service but we do offer you the chance to purchase a Collect + returns label at the point of the order for just £1. This is optional and can be deselected at the checkout. This label will cover the cost of any return you wish to make.
