Clifford James
will endeavour to acknowledge any complaints within
5 working days. All complaints will be handled
within a 7 day timescale from the date of acknowledgement.
Should a complaint take any longer than this customers
will be notified.
Making A
Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse
our catalogue, click on any items that you wish
to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After
you have finished your selection, click on "Order"
and you will be asked for a few details that we
need, to be able to satisfy the order. We accept
the following: Switch, Visa and MasterCard. You
may send your credit card information via phone,
fax, snail mail, the Internet or you can call

Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card
fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software
when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption.
They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.
They are not held in clear text on any web Site.
Postage & Delivery
ALL Mainland UK (including N.I.) orders incur £3.95
P&P for Shoes and Clothing items, £4.95
P&P for Home and Garden products, with the exception
of some in-paper offers, which have differing postage
costs. Heavy items incur £9.95 P&P. Unfortunately,
we are unable to deliver to the Channel or Scilly
Islands and overseas.
N.B. Delivery times do not include Bank Holidays.
Cancellation
Rights
All our products are covered by a 30 day warranty.
If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase for whatever reason simply return to
us (unused) within 30 days and we will refund
you in full.
Tax
Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union,
17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
